SYBYL-X: Introductory Course & Sybyl Programming Language

Two-day training will cover the subjects related to the SYBYL-X software usage. The training topics are based on the standard commercial trainings offered by Tripos (descriptions of the trainings are here). The new features in the package will be presented during the training (the new release - SYBYL-X2.0!). Each day some time will be reserved for discussion of SYBYL-X applications to the research topics of the participants.

  • Date: 18-19 of January 2012 (Wed/Thu), each day: 9 am - 5 pm

Jan 19 (Thu): Sybyl Programming Language

    • Use Expression Generators
    • Control the SPL Flow

    • Write SPL Scripts
    • Customize SYBYL
    • Open practice time (work on your own scripts)
